Travelers is a leading property casualty insurer with more than 170 years of experience. This role provides 1st and 2nd line IT technical support to Travelers UK staff, ensuring optimal use of corporate IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with 1st and 2nd line IT support for PCs, laptops, printers, scanners and mobile devices.
- Support PC‑based applications such as Microsoft Outlook and MS Office.
- Log and track incidents and requests in the IT Service Desk system, meeting SLA targets.
- Coordinate internal moves and set up presentation equipment for meetings.
- Collaborate with third‑party vendors and other IT teams as needed.
- Maintain records and comply with Travelers Companies’ Code of Business Conduct, HR policies and applicable regulatory requirements (FSA, Irish Financial Regulator, Sarbanes‑Oxley).
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience in a technical customer‑service or IT support role.
- Background in Business, Information Technology or related field.
- Knowledge of Apple iOS mobile devices, network connectivity, business applications and system access.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple support scenarios across reporting channels.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative style.
- Analytical mindset with problem‑solving skills and the capacity to deliver timely solutions with some supervision.
Must‑Have Experience:
- Prior engagement in customer‑facing, end‑user technology support.
