  • Simplify the complex by translating technical analysis into clear, actionable commercial strategies that the whole business can get behind.
  • Lead and inspire our pricing and data teams, creating a supportive environment where everyone feels empowered to do their best work.
  • Drive technical innovation by adopting machine learning techniques to sharpen the accuracy of our risk pricing models.
  • Manage vital relationships with third-party capacity providers, building trust in our strategic and commercial plans.
  • Spearhead our data strategy, integrating external third-party data to give us a refreshing competitive edge in the market.

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • A strategic commercial leader with a proven track record of delivering results in complex, multi-brand environments.
  • Technically expert in predictive analytics and machine learning, particularly within financial or insurance contexts.
  • An empowering people manager who focuses on engagement, professional growth, and fostering an inclusive culture.
  • A clear communicator who can make data-led concepts relatable and simple for executive and board-level audiences.
  • Knowledgeable about the SME market, understanding the specific pricing challenges and opportunities within this landscape.
  • An analytical thinker who is comfortable building and implementing data-led decision-making frameworks at a senior level.

We encourage people of all different backgrounds and identities to apply. We are committed to maintaining an inclusive, supportive place for you to be you and do your very best work.

If you’re excited about leading our pricing evolution and making a real impact on the small business cause during this 6 to 12-month contract, we’d love to hear from you. Apply today to start your journey with Simply Business.
