We are seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Delivery Operations Lead to join our Shared Services department. In this critical role, you will act as a process improvement champion, using a strong systems‑thinking approach to analyse how we deliver our services. Your mission is to visualise and optimise flow, identify constraints, and find opportunities to enhance productivity while minimising non‑value‑add activities – so our products reach the market sooner.
Ready to engineer the future of delivery? If you’re the kind of person who sees a complex system and immediately starts thinking about how to automate, optimise, and accelerate it, we want to hear from you. You’ll have the autonomy to leverage a high‑end tech stack—Jira, Flow, Looker, Snowflake, and the latest AI tools—to turn raw data into a competitive advantage.
Responsibilities
- Analyse end‑to‑end business processes to identify opportunities for optimisation.
- Apply continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to identify constraints and support implementation of solutions.
- Develop and maintain flow‑of‑work maps to communicate how work flows and highlight blockers.
- Measure and analyse flow metrics (throughput, cycle time, flow efficiency) to provide recommendations that inform decision‑making.
- Conduct deep root‑cause analysis on workflow impediments to feed insights and potential solutions back to leadership.
- Leverage and administer a suite of tools (Jira, Looker, Flow, Miro) to support analysis and automate workflows.
Qualifications
- Proven proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints; Six Sigma certification preferred.
- Minimum of two years’ experience as a technical data or software engineer.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data visualisation and statistical analysis to generate actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication skills – able to articulate complex ideas in simple terms and build relationships through clear, courageous communication.
- Natural collaborator – excel at working with cross‑functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels without direct authority.
- Change agent – strong grasp of change‑management principles and passion for guiding others through process evolution.
Benefits
- Competitive salary and potential annual bonus based on performance.
- 25 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays) with option to buy five additional days.
- Hybrid work flexibility and flexible parental leave (six months full pay for primary caregiver, four weeks full pay for secondary).
- Life‑event leave: extra leave days every two years for major life moments.
- Paid sabbatical: two weeks after five years, four weeks after ten years.

- Health cash plan covering everyday medical expenses.
- Access to counselling for mental health support.
- Pension match up to five percent.
- Life assurance policy with tax‑free sum four times basic salary, option to increase to ten times via flexible benefits.
- Salary‑sacrifice car scheme after 6 months service.
