We insure small businesses and enable big dreams – not just for our customers, but for our people and communities too. With over 1,000,000 active insurance policies, we protect builders, bakers, landlords and more than 1,200 other trades. We’re a technology company as well as one that sells insurance. That means we build, we fail, we learn and we improve. Through our global social impact strategy, called 'The Big Dreams Project’, we're working to help 10,000 small businesses start or grow by 2030.

What Is the Opportunity? We’re looking for a strategic powerhouse to join our London-based Management Support Team on a fixed-term basis from 13th July 2026 to 11th June 2027. You’ll be providing first-class orchestration for seven of our senior leaders, acting as the primary point of contact and a "master gatekeeper." This role is about more than just booking meetings; it’s about protecting our leaders' time and ensuring the right priorities always stay at the top of the pile.

What makes this role different is the level of project ownership and cultural influence you’ll have. You won’t just be sitting on the sidelines; you’ll conduct research, manage business-impact projects, and play a pivotal role in our social committees—helping to plan everything from team away days to our annual festive party. You’ll be joining a positive, outgoing team that works at pace to support the big dreams of small businesses.

As one of our Executive Assistants, you’ll:

  • Proactively manage intensive diaries, expertly juggling complex meeting logistics and room availability.
  • Coordinate intricate international travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, visas, and ground transport.
  • Lead the logistics for events and offsites, from sourcing innovative venues to managing budgets.
  • Produce high-impact presentations and reports for both internal and external audiences.
  • Oversee financial and office administration, including managing expenses, raising purchase orders, and ordering catering.

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Well-established in supporting leaders at a senior Executive Assistant or PA level.
  • A Google Suite expert—you must have professional experience managing workflows specifically in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides (rather than Microsoft Office).
  • A communication master who speaks in plain English and can build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • An organisational powerhouse with a proven ability to manage high volumes of work under tight deadlines.
  • A person of high integrity and honesty, comfortable handling sensitive leadership information.
  • A process innovator with a track record of suggesting and implementing tools to improve team efficiency.

We encourage people of all different backgrounds and identities to apply. We are committed to maintaining an inclusive, supportive place for you to be you and do your very best work.

By driving operational excellence and providing world-class support to our leadership team during this contract, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to enable big dreams for small businesses. Apply today.
