(MMGY's integrated programmatic and digital advertising business specialising in travel and tourism).

Travel Desk blends programmatic strategy with innovative data and creative products to deliver highly successful campaigns for global travel clients.

You’ll play a key role in building new business, managing client and advertiser relationships and championing our programmatic solutions across the UK market.

This role is ideal for someone with

4+ years’ experience in programmatic advertising , strong client-facing skills and a passion for helping brands maximise the value of data-driven digital media.

While prior experience working with travel brands or within the travel sector is an advantage, it is not a requirement.

Key responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities and grow Travel Desk's presence across the UK market.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, brands, media agencies and programmatic teams.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Develop a healthy sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Advise clients on programmatic strategy, including omni-channel and multi-market opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Management, Operations and Programmatic Strategy teams to ensure campaigns are delivered successfully.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging ad-tech and competitor activity to position Travel Desk effectively in the market.

We'd love to speak to someone with

  • 4+ years' experience in digital or programmatic advertising sales.
  • A proven track record of winning new business and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong knowledge of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including audience targeting, auction dynamics, and campaign measurement.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to build trusted relationships with clients, agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • A proactive, self-starting mindset and the confidence to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curiosity and a desire to stay up to date with industry trends and emerging ad-tech.

  • Experience working with travel, tourism, or travel retail brands.
