TravelDesk blends programmatic strategy with innovative data and creative products to deliver highly successful campaigns for global travel clients. At MMGY we inspire people to go places.

We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-impact digital advertising campaigns. In this role, you’ll sit at the centre of campaign delivery; bringing together clients, creative, operations, and development teams to ensure campaigns launch seamlessly and perform brilliantly. You’ll combine analytical thinking with strong relationship management, using data and insights to optimise performance, improve reporting and create compelling client narratives. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to deepen their experience across media, programmatic advertising, campaign delivery and data visualisation.

What you’ll do:

  • Own and manage campaign activations from briefing through to delivery, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships and supporting ongoing account needs.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including creative, ad operations, design and development to deliver high-quality campaigns.
  • Lead kick-off calls and performance conversations for key accounts.
  • Produce insightful monthly reports, PCA documents and measurement decks that translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Present campaign insights and performance findings to clients with confidence and clarity.
  • Help improve operational efficiency through smarter reporting, automation and process improvements.
  • Ensure accurate account reconciliation and monthly billing submissions.

What you’ll be bringing:

  • 1–3 years’ experience in media / advertising.
  • A foundational understanding of media and programmatic advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and reporting tools.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, reporting, data analysis, automation), alongside strong Microsoft Office and Google Workspace experience.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to translate performance data into clear, compelling narratives and recommendations.
  • Strong organisation and time management, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail and a passion for accurate, visually engaging reporting.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in the travel industry is a bonus but not essential.

Additional benefits we offer:

  • Generous annual holiday package including 25 days of annual leave, 3 personal days and year-end holiday break.
  • Private medical, life and income protection insurance and pension scheme contribution from the company.
  • Lively social calendar with numerous activities and events to take part in.
  • Weekly fresh fruit deliveries.
  • Dog friendly office.
  • Cycle to work scheme/Season Ticket Loan.
  • Work from anywhere / work from any office benefits.

We’re a travel-obsessed collective of more than 600 people across the country and around the globe. And when we say we inspire people to go places, we mean ALL people. That’s why we’re focused on nurturing a workforce that is representative of the places we visit.
