As the Sales Assistant Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the Sales Manager in leading our team of Travel Consultants to achieve and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service. You will assist in the day-to-day operations of the sales team, provide coaching and guidance, and ensure a smooth and efficient sales process. Your passion for travel and your proven ability to motivate and support a sales team will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities:

* Assist the Sales Manager in implementing sales strategies and initiatives to meet and exceed revenue goals.

* Support the training and onboarding of new Travel Consultants.

* Assist in monitoring individual and team performance, providing feedback and identifying areas for improvement.

* Step in to manage the sales floor and team in the absence of the Sales Manager.

Requirements:

*Must be a UK Graduate (Bachelors/Masters)

* Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a travel agency is a significant advantage.
