My client is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Villa Specialist to join our growing sales team. This is a dynamic sales role suited to someone who thrives on building relationships, converting enquiries into bookings, and delivering exceptional service from initial contact through to post-arrival follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Converting inbound sales leads via telephone, email, and live chat into confirmed bookings.
  • Confidently dealing with both direct and trade customers.
  • Delivering a consistently high level of personalised customer service.
  • Understanding clients' requirements and recommending suitable villa options.
  • Liaising with suppliers regarding availability, rates, and booking details.
  • Preparing accurate quotations and creating invoices.
  • Managing pre- and post-arrival administration.
  • Handling customer queries efficiently and professionally.
  • Reactivating previous clients and past enquiries to generate repeat business.
  • Maintaining accurate records within the CRM system.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven sales experience, ideally within travel, luxury hospitality, or property.
  • Strong telephone and written communication skills.
  • Confident in closing sales and working towards targets.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach.
  • Ability to multitask and manage a busy workload.
  • Competent with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
