Are you experienced in arranging 'High End' Luxury Travel? We have the opportunity for you! We're looking for a Travel Designer to join our Client Experience team. This is a client-facing role supporting our guests throughout their villa holidays - organising everything from private chefs and wine tours to boat charters and bespoke experiences, once they've booked through our sales team. You’ll need to be highly organised, calm under pressure, and comfortable dealing with high-net-worth individuals and VIP clients who expect a seamless, luxury service.

The Job:

  • Liaising with clients after booking to organise extra services and experiences for their trip
  • Building detailed itineraries covering multiple activities and experiences throughout a stay
  • Creating client apps with property details, check-in information, and booked extras
  • Liaising with suppliers across our destinations to arrange chefs, wine tours, boats, and other experiences
  • Coordinating with property owners and managers on client arrivals and special requests
  • Researching new local suppliers and experiences in our destinations
  • Researching and keeping updated with recommended sights, museums, restaurants, bars and other points of interest

Skills Required:

  • Experience of 1 - 2 + years in premium or private travel (preferred) or luxury sales
  • Experience in luxury travel planning or luxury villa rentals preferred
  • Confident dealing with HNWIs, VIPs and luxury travel agents
  • Exceptional organisational skills and a great eye for detail
  • Calm, composed and solutions-focused under pressure
  • Well-travelled, with genuine enthusiasm for exploring new destinations

The Package:

  • Salary £30,000 - £35,000 + Commission
  • 25 days holiday per year, increasing by 1 day per year of service
  • 2 days per week WFH as standard, with scope for an additional day
  • Up to 45 days per year working remotely after probation
