Responsibilities
- Working in a branch, with a small team of travel consultants
- Selling long, short haul and tailor-made luxury holidays to worldwide destinations
- Greeting customers face to face and also over the phone
- Quoting on a wide variety of worldwide travel itineraries
- Offering your customer a choice of tour operator, to sell the right holiday for their needs
- Selling additional products and services, such as car hire and travel insurance
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a travel agency environment
- Passionate about travel and customer service
- Enthusiastic, creative and with a positive attitude
Package
- A competitive starting salary of £25,000 – £27,000, FAM trips, incentives such as gift vouchers and discounted personal travel
- Monday – Saturday (9 – 5.30pm) working hours
