Do you have Groups travel experience and have GDS training? Then this job is perfect for you! We are looking for a Groups Travel Consultant based in Sale. This Monday to Friday role will have you providing amazing service to our clients that can range from Event Management companies to the Education sector and more.
What will I be doing?
- Advise and arrange air travel for our varied customers (both individuals and groups).
- Conduct analysis and research on travel options, and pro-actively anticipate traveler needs to sell additional services.
- Arrange and book domestic and international air travel.
- Use our preferred Global Distribution Systems (GDSs), Amadeus. Training may be provided.
- Ensure compliance to customers' agreed travel policies and respond to their needs with accuracy and efficiency.
- Use positive telephone service techniques and act on special customer requests.
- Collaborate within the team to improve service levels and deliver the standard of service our clients have become accustomed to.

Experience Required
- Passion for excellence in client service, including proactive anticipation of needs.
- Native GDS (Amadeus) expertise.
- Professional communication (written and verbal).
- Act with integrity, and look after personal traveler information.
- Possess a strong understanding of the travel industry (background in business travel, leisure travel, or airline reservation).
- Resolving customer issues quickly and independently / with supplier.
- A few years specific groups experience.
