Independent Business Travel Company that offers an array of services for their clients for corporate travel, events, leisure travel and more specialist services such as marine travel, are seeking someone to join their team in offices East of Glasgow (hybrid could be considered). Starting salary up to £32k pa dependent on experience, plus bonus, free parking, contributory pension and health insurance.
You will have previous business travel experience, good GDS skills and ideally some experience of marine accounts. Perhaps you are fully remote and keen to be back with a team, or do a mix of home and office.
JOB DESCRIPTION:- Taking enquiries over the phone and via e-mail from Corporate clients as well as Marine & Offshore travel clients
- Working on a variety of accounts, working to the client's service level agreements
- Booking multi-sector, worldwide flights using a GDS
- Booking related business travel requirements including hotels, rail, car hire and other ancillaries
- Offering excellent customer service to clients and resolving any queries
- Dealing with related business travel administration
- Working Monday to Friday, office hours (very occasional emergency cover outside normal hours)
- Up to £32k pa plus bonus
- Fully office based & hybrid considered
- Parking onsite, café, gym, & creche available
- Pension & Private Health insurance
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
We are seeking someone who has previous business travel experience, ideally with marine experience (desirable, not essential), and you will be proficient on GDS such as Amadeus or Galileo.
