Leading Tour Operator is seeking an experienced

Flights Sourcing Manager to join their growing Procurement team.

Specialising in group travel across Europe and Worldwide, this well-established travel company is looking for someone with strong experience in group flight reservations, airline procurement or flight sourcing .

You'll build relationships with airlines and consolidators, secure the best commercial deals and manage flight bookings for school groups.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Source, price and book group flights across multiple travel brands.
  • Build strong relationships with airlines and flight consolidators to secure the best commercial value.
  • Manage flight schedules, amendments, passenger changes and check-in requirements.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of group travel programmes.
  • Check supplier invoices and maintain accurate booking records.
  • Monitor industry developments and identify commercial opportunities.
  • Support wider procurement activities and team collaboration.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Experience in group flight reservations, flight sourcing or airline procurement within the travel industry.
  • Strong knowledge of airline group bookings and flight consolidators.
  • Commercially minded with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Educational or group travel experience would be an advantage.
