Tour Specialist to join a dynamic Touring team, supporting a portfolio of clients with their travel and tour logistics.

The Role
As a Tour Specialist, you'll take ownership of smaller touring accounts, managing everything from travel bookings and itineraries to supplier negotiations and detailed tour documentation.
You'll work closely with clients, suppliers and the wider Touring team to ensure every journey runs smoothly, accurately and to the highest possible standard.
The Role duties
- Managing travel requests and bookings for a portfolio of touring clients
- Creating detailed logistical itineraries and tour movement sheets
- Managing travel arrangements and keeping systems and records fully up to date
- Creating professional Power Point presentations for artist hotels
- Completing GDS and PNR tasks and maintaining accurate tour files
- Negotiating competitive supplier rates to maximise savings and value
- Working closely with Senior Tour Specialists and management for guidance and support
- Delivering a highly personalised service and ensuring every detail is taken care of
Experience required
- At least
- 2 years' experience in travel management , ideally within touring or entertainment
- Previous
- GDS experience , preferably Galileo
- Strong knowledge of
- Microsoft Office , particularly Power Point
- Degree-level education or equivalent relevant experience
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- The ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-moving environment
- A genuine team player who enjoys working collaboratively
