We are seeking an experienced Production Project Manager to lead the technical production and site delivery of large-scale international events and festivals. This is a hands-on role for a strong production professional who can confidently manage advance planning, live delivery and post-event review across multiple projects. Reporting into the Head of Production, you will act as the primary production lead for assigned events, working closely with operations, event management, suppliers and venues to deliver safe, high-quality live environments on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical production planning from initial planning through live delivery and breakdown
- Own production schedules, budgets, risk assessments and documentation
- Act as on-site production lead across staging, sound, lighting, AV, power and infrastructure
- Manage suppliers, contractors, crews and production timelines
- Oversee production health, safety and compliance on site
- Lead real-time issue resolution during live delivery
- Track budgets, manage costs and report on variances
- Lead post-event debriefs and drive continuous improvement
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in live event or festival production
- Strong technical production knowledge and site operations experience
