We are hiring an Event Operations Manager to take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of large-scale international events and festivals. This is a hands-on role for an experienced operator who can confidently manage planning, live delivery and post-event review while coordinating multiple teams, suppliers and stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full event lifecycle from planning through to live delivery and post-event debrief
- Act as the central point of contact across operations, production, guest services, travel and suppliers
- Create and manage event plans, timelines, rotas and operational documentation
- Manage suppliers, budgets and operational risk, escalating where needed
- Lead on-site operations including staffing, crowd flow and guest experience
- Deliver clear reporting and capture learnings to improve future events
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience delivering large-scale live events, festivals or destination events
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing budgets, suppliers and complex logistics
- Calm under pressure, proactive and detail-focused
- Willingness to travel internationally as part of the role
