Luxury Travel Sales Specialist – Caribbean (+ worldwide beach destinations)
Location – FULLY REMOTE
Salary – Up to £35,000 (DOE) + commissions
A leading luxury travel company is expanding its specialist sales team and is seeking an experienced Luxury Travel Sales Specialist with strong Caribbean expertise to join its growing homeworker team.
This is a sales-focused role, selling high-end, tailor-made Caribbean holidays to travel agent partners. You will handle inbound trade enquiries, design bespoke itineraries, and use your destination knowledge to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities as a Luxury Travel Consultant
- Tailor-make luxury Caribbean and worldwide itineraries to meet individual client requirements
- Handle incoming sales enquiries from travel trade partners
- Meet and exceed personal sales, revenue, and productivity targets
- Follow up sales enquiries promptly and professionally
- Provide outstanding customer service at every stage of the booking process
- Offer expert advice to travel agents on Caribbean and worldwide destinations, resorts, airlines, and ground arrangements
- Identify opportunities to upsell and maximise revenue
- Deliver truly bespoke, high-quality holiday solutions
Skills & Experience Required as a Luxury Travel Consultant
- Proven experience selling tailor-made luxury holidays to the travel trade, with a strong focus on the Caribbean
- Excellent geographical knowledge of the Caribbean, supported by personal travel experience
- Experience working in a target-driven sales environment
- GDS experience preferred
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Professional, consultative sales approach
- A genuine passion for luxury travel and destination expertise
The Package as a Luxury Travel Consultant
- Competitive basic salary £30,000 – £35,000 (depending on experience)
- Uncapped commission structure
