My client, a global travel company, are looking to expand their Business Travel team. You will manage and support a diverse portfolio of VIP clients, delivering exceptional, personalised corporate travel. DUTIES
- Providing a high level of service to all travellers & travel bookers
- Handle travel queries, amendments, and cancellations with efficiency and care
- Demonstrate an excellent understanding of account processes and policies
- Providing an end-to-end solution for all clients, in-line with our clients' travel policy
- Advise proactively on relevant Passport and Visa requirements and procedures for all destinations
- Maximising opportunities to enhance traveller experiences
- Monitor all bookings for fare/rate saving opportunities up until completion of the trip
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- A minimum of 2 - 3 years' experience as a Business Travel Consultant
- Working knowledge of a GDS reservations system is essential
- Fares knowledge of both nett and published airfares preferable
