Job Description

Are you an experienced MICE & Leisure Groups professional with a passion for travel, operations, and client success? Join a well-established international DMC and play a key role in delivering seamless group travel experiences for both leisure and corporate clients.

Your mission:

You will manage and grow a portfolio of international clients, converting inbound leads into confirmed business. Working across both leisure and corporate (MICE) travel, you'll deliver exceptional service from first enquiry through to on-tour support.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of international accounts, from first enquiry to on-tour support
  • Convert enquiries into bookings and design tailor-made itineraries
  • Negotiate supplier agreements and oversee contracts
  • Handle booking admin, invoicing, and documentation
  • Provide operational support to clients and suppliers during tours
  • Research and develop new products & destinations
  • Step into leadership cover when needed

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in travel operations, account management, or group/MICE travel
  • Strong knowledge of European destinations & itinerary planning (essential)
  • Organised, detail-oriented, with excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, AI tools, and digital platforms
  • Fluent English (additional languages welcome!)
