Sales Team Coordinator needed for a specialist tour operator / Hybrid in London.

As the Team Coordinator for this specialist tour operator, you will begin by coordinating, training and supporting a small team of temporary and permanent sales staff. Along with them, you will advise, sell and manage customer holidays to our apartments and hotels in the best resorts in the world.

As you progress, you will take more responsibility for the team, learning to appraise, motivate, manage and finally to agree and deliver strategies for sales retention and generation for the business.

Along the way, you will visit more accommodation and resorts than you thought possible, ski more than you thought and be expected to remember all the details skiers choosing to travel with us will ask.

We will offer a competitive salary and incentive package, educational trips and the opportunity to develop and extend your skills and responsibilities through regular training.
