Role: Groups Specialist
Salary: FROM Β£24,000 depending on experience
Location: South Manchester
Hours: Mon-Sat (half day Saturdays on a rota and no Sundays!)

My client, an established but growing Tour Operator are looking for an ambitious, outgoing, and motivated individual to join their Groups Department. Full training on the role and systems will be given and for anyone who aspires to work in the travel industry, this is a fantastic opportunity!
The Role:
You will be communicating with our amazing clients by phone or email, engaging with new and loyal repeat clients, establishing their requirements, and assisting them through every step of their journey for their group booking.
- Establishing the client\’s wants and needs and maximising the potential in every trip
- Designing bespoke group holidays and creating the best experience for our clients
- Organising complex worldwide trips and delivering an exemplary service for our esteemed clients
- Providing excellent customer service to all clients whether new or existing
- Using the GDS and all tools provided to create perfect tailor-made trips
