If you have experience of working in a retail travel branch then we are seeking a talented and passionate travel consultant, for a brand that offers both a competitive salary package and career development.
Job Description as a Travel Consultant:
- Working in a Retail Travel store, dealing with customers face to face and over the phone, offering excellent customer service.
- Quoting a wide range of holidays from packages to tailor-made to suit your customers' needs.
- Converting quotes into confirmed bookings and working to exceed sales targets.
- Keeping your product and brand knowledge up to date whilst having in-depth knowledge of the company's destinations.
- Working hours vary dependent on the branch but are usually Monday - Sunday daytime hours with weekends on a rota basis (some branches may require evenings on a rota basis too).
- Lead with exceptional customer service and have a real passion for people.
Experience Required as a Travel Consultant:
We are seeking candidates that have previous experience as a Travel Agent, looking for a new challenge and a company they can develop with. However, consideration will be given to those candidates that are seeking a career in the Travel Industry and can demonstrate their commitment to this. For example, those candidates who have travelled extensively and have target driven sales experience, those candidates in related industries such as cabin crew, hotel reservations, airport check-in etc.
