As Client Experience Executive, you'll take ownership of confirmed bookings from handover by the Sales Team through to the client's return home. You'll coordinate suppliers worldwide, manage flights and travel arrangements, oversee documentation and proactively ensure every detail runs smoothly.
THE JOB
- Taking ownership of confirmed bookings from Sales through to completion.
- Reviewing itineraries and checking all booking elements for accuracy.
- Liaising with worldwide suppliers to resolve queries and discrepancies.
- Coordinating flights, travel arrangements, seating, meals and additional services.
- Monitoring flight schedules and communicating changes where required.
- Ensuring all travel requirements are completed before departure.
- Producing accurate and detailed client travel documentation.
- Maintaining accurate booking and client records across CRM and SharePoint.
- Checking passports and other travel documentation and requirements.
- Proactively resolving issues before they impact the client experience.
- Participating in a rota‑based emergency on‑call service for traveling clients.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
The successful candidate MUST have at least two years in a operations or customer experience role within a Travel Company, dealing with the luxury travel market.
You'll need excellent attention to detail, strong organisational and administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple bookings and priorities.
You should be confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
A calm, proactive and solutions‑focused approach is essential, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues and suppliers.

- £28k-£35k salary
- 37.5-hour working week
