This established tour operator who specialise in group tours including education, sports and history are seeking a Group Travel Executive to join their growing team. You will be managing the full lifecycle of the tours, including generating, converting requests, tailoring tour proposals, taking payments and occasionally accompanying tours.

Job Description:- Liaising with the clients to ensure accurate tailored proposals are created
- Tailor making proposals reflecting the requirements of the group
- Providing accurate information regarding accommodation, travel options, visits and educational relevance.
- Servicing the clients' requirements in the most efficient and effective way
- Liaising with internal support departments to request and confirm travel, accommodation / visit requirements
- Ensuring all tours are within clients set budgets
- Ensure client payments are received within the agreed time frames
- Taking part in inspection visits or accompanying tours
- Undertake responsibility for online chat
- Engaging positively with various forms of social media under guidelines
- Proven experience of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to resolve problems, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Target orientated and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
- Calm and constructive approach to emergency situations
- Willing to travel abroad occasionally
- A competitive starting salary + commission
- Monday - Friday: 9am - 5:00pm
