Are you passionate about sport, luxury travel and creating exceptional experiences for high-value clients?
We're looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Luxury Sports Travel Specialist to join a growing luxury travel division.
This is an exciting opportunity for a travel sales professional who knows how to turn an enquiry into an unforgettable experience - from securing the best seats at the world's biggest sporting events to creating completely bespoke itineraries around them.
With a particular focus on Formula 1 and major global sporting events, you'll work with discerning clients to design and sell exceptional luxury travel experiences while building long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
The Role in a nutshell;
This is a front-line, client-facing sales position where relationships, product knowledge and commercial drive are key.
You'll manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, convert enquiries into high-value bookings and proactively identify new opportunities.
Working closely with product and marketing, you'll help bring incredible travel experiences to life and play a key role in the continued growth of the luxury division.
- Role duties;
- Managing and developing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients
- Converting enquiries into high-value luxury sports travel bookings
- Building bespoke itineraries across destinations worldwide
- Developing new business through existing clients, referrals and your own network
- Providing a highly personalised, concierge-style service throughout the customer journey
- Building strong, long-term client relationships
- Identifying opportunities to maximise sales and revenue
- Working closely with Product and Marketing to bring new experiences to market
- Driving repeat business and client referrals
This isn't an opportunity to simply step into an established structure and follow a process.
You'll be joining a business at an exciting stage of its growth, where your ideas, relationships and results will genuinely make an impact.
You'll have the opportunity to take ownership, help shape the direction of the luxury division and be part of building something from the ground up.
It's fast-paced, entrepreneurial and client-focused - so if you're looking for a highly corporate environment, this probably isn't for you.
But if you're ambitious, commercially minded and excited by the opportunity to combine luxury travel and world-class sport, we'd love to hear from you.
Experience required;
We're looking for someone who combines luxury travel expertise with genuine passion for sport and a proven sales mindset.
Ideally, you'll have
- Proven experience in luxury travel sales, ideally within a tour operator or similar environment
- A genuine passion for sports travel, particularly Formula 1 and major sporting events
- Strong knowledge of luxury travel, destinations and bespoke experiences worldwide
- A proven track record of delivering strong sales performance
- An established client portfolio or personal network/"black book" would be advantageous, but isn't essential
- A highly commercial and proactive approach
- Excellent attention to detail
- A professional, personable and confident communication style
- A genuine commitment to putting the client first
- The Package;
- £28,000-£30,000 basic salary, dependent on experience
- Uncapped commission
- Hybrid and flexible working, with a minimum of 3 days per week in our Chester City Centre office
- Generous holiday allowance
- Access to FAM trips and luxury travel experiences
- Industry-leading travel discounts
- Invitations to exclusive events and networking opportunities
- The opportunity to join a rapidly growing and ambitious business
- A key role in building and shaping an exciting new luxury travel division
