Business Travel Consultant (Italian Speaking)

Are you a fluent Italian speaker with experience in Business Travel?This well-known Travel Management Company is seeking a new addition to its Business Travel team as a full time Business Travel Consultant working remotely.As a Business Travel Consultant, you will be working as part of a dedicated account which needs top class Italian speaking consultants with excellent fares knowledge to provide a high touch service to clients.DUTIES:Working on a diverse selection of dedicated Italian speaking accountsBooking worldwide travel for corporate clientsHandling enquiries for flights, Hotels, Car hire, transfers and other ground arrangementsProviding fantastic customer service at all timesMaking recommendations and processing the bookings in a timely fashion with attention to detailEXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Previous experience as a Business Travel ConsultantExcellent fares knowledge of both nett and published airfaresExceptional worldwide flights knowledge coupled with good selling skills to handle new airfare contracts etc.Working knowledge of a GDS system (Galileo, Sabre or Amadeus)A fast and flexible working attitudeWORKING HOURS & PACKAGE:Fully remoteOffice hours; Monday – Friday; 08:30 – 18:00 (37.5 hours per week)Bonuses, annual salary increases and Team IncentiveINTERESTED?Please follow the instructions to apply attaching your CV!
