Part Time Business Travel Consultant – VIP Sporting Events
Remote
Salary – £30,000+ DOE pro rata (Friday to Sunday 21 hours)
We\’re looking for an experienced Part Time Business Travel Consultant to support VIP Sporting clients outside normal business hours. From elite athletes and teams to senior stakeholders travelling to major sporting events, you\’ll deliver fast, flawless solutions when timing matters most.
What You\’ll Do as a Part Time Business Travel Consultant
- Provide out of hours travel support, including last-minute rebookings and itinerary changes
- Manage disruptions such as delays, cancellations, weather events, and missed connections
- Support VIP travellers during high-pressure and emergency situations
- Work with airlines, hotels, and suppliers to secure priority solutions
- Manage complex itineraries using GDS (Galileo preferred)
- Deliver calm, professional, high-touch service while working independently
What You\’ll Bring as a Part Time Business Travel Consultant
- Corporate or VIP travel consultant experience (sporting/event travel highly desirable)
- Strong airline fares, ticketing, and disruption management knowledge
- GDS experience (Galileo preferred; cross-training considered)
- Ability to stay composed, decisive, and customer-focused under pressure
