I am seeking an Africa Destination Specialist to join a buzzing, leading luxury travel specialist. If you have travelled extensively around the countries in Africa or completed numerous safaris then I would love to hear from you! Passion is key as you will be creating bespoke, tailor‑made holidays and luxury safari adventures while providing exceptional customer service and delivering first‑hand knowledge!
You must have a strong sales background and not be afraid to take the risk. You will also have travelled far and wide around Africa so you are able to give in‑depth advice about products and countries. This is a remote position.
Responsibilities- Creating bespoke and luxury itineraries to Africa
- Being the customer’s immediate point of contact from the start of the booking to the end
- Ensuring fantastic customer service is given at all times, going the extra mile
- Being client obsessed – these are once‑in‑a‑lifetime trips you are creating, so customer service needs to be exceptional
- Acting quickly and offering first‑hand destination knowledge
- In‑depth knowledge of Africa as a travel destination is a must
- Previous tailor‑made travel sales experience within the luxury travel industry is desirable
- Experience in an adventure travel environment is desirable
- The ability to deliver excellent customer service is paramount
- Results oriented with a positive attitude
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Calm and patient under pressure
