Overview
Our client is seeking a music-loving sales professional to join their team in South London.
You will be responsible for growing sales as an Account Manager selling concert tours to clients.
The role offers a competitive starting salary with on-target earnings and hybrid working options.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and contact music teachers via targeted email campaigns to promote our portfolio of European concert tours and secure initial consultations.
- Develop strategies and use sales tools and techniques to convert prospective clients into sales.
- Leverage your own music and travel experience to advise clients on destinations and music products.
- Manage warm leads and position Club Europe as the preferred choice over competitors.
- Maintain and build relationships with clients until their departure on tour through meetings, calls, and emails.
- Meet and strive to exceed sales targets.
Qualifications
- Desirable: a Music Degree or equivalent, or strong interest in music (e. g., played or sung in an orchestra).
- Travel experience or solid knowledge of Europe.
- At least one year of office-based sales experience (retail sales is not suitable).
- Administrative skills including diary management.

- Basic salary of £30,000 per annum with uncapped commission (estimated £5k additional in the first year).
- Hybrid working (London office + remote). Initial training in London 2-3 days per week. Increased remote flexibility after probation for the right candidate.
