A favourite client of mine is seeking an experienced and customer service focused Business and First Class Travel Consultant to join their team in Central London. The successful candidate will specialize in booking premium air travel for high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), corporate executives, and VIP clients. You will provide a bespoke service, while using your in-depth knowledge of airline products, fare construction, and worldwide destination knowledge to deliver a seamless booking service to them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Premium Air Travel Booking: Arrange and manage complex international and domestic itineraries in Business and First Class cabins, including round-the-world and multi-stop journeys.
- Client Relationship Management: Deliver a high-touch, consultative service to VIP clients, understanding their preferences and special requests.
- Fare Construction & Ticketing: Maximize value for clients through smart fare sourcing, consolidator fares.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar role within a travel agency, TMC, or luxury concierge service.
- GDS Proficiency: Expert in at least one major GDS (Galileo preferred but open to cross training).
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of premium airline products, frequent flyer programs, fare rules, and international routing principles.
