Are you an experienced Business Travel Consultant with a background in marine, offshore, or oil & gas travel? Are you skilled in using a GDS system and thrive in fast-paced, corporate environments? We have the perfect role for you! We are partnering with an Independent Travel Management Company seeking a Corporate Travel Consultant to join their close-knit team on a fully remote basis. This role focuses on servicing oil & gas and marine industry clients, providing end-to-end travel solutions for offshore crews, contractors, and corporate teams worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Make domestic and international flight bookings, including crew rotations and offshore flights, using a GDS system.
  • Book hotels, transfers, and other ancillary services for corporate and offshore travel requirements.
  • Accurately input reservations into booking systems and manage all related documentation, including compliance with company travel policies.
  • Handle changes, cancellations, and special requests efficiently, often under tight schedules.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, airline policies, and marine/offshore travel requirements.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' experience in corporate travel, preferably managing marine or oil & gas accounts.
  • Proficiency in a GDS (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport) or similar booking platforms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
