Lovely established independent Travel Agency based on the outskirts of Glasgow are seeking a Travel Agent to join their friendly team. As a Travel Consultant here, you will focus on tailormade long-haul holidays, so this is a bit different from your standard high street Travel Agents. If you have a background in retail travel, are passionate and knowledgeable about worldwide destinations. Mon-Sat (Apply online only) (5 days on a rota), no Sundays and more benefits detailed below! Starting salary is dependent on experience, but up to £25k pa and there are additional discounts and bonus! JOB DESCRIPTION: To make sure that no matter whether the customer's journey begins in store, on live chat or by email, that they get an exceptional service through the whole of the booking process through to travel Taking enquiries you will create tailor-made itineraries to fulfil your clients aspirations, making suggestions to enhance the booking and their holiday experience You will use your good all round destination knowledge as there is an emphasis on long-haul, rather than European packages as it is within some travel agencies, but you will sell a bit of everything!
