Are you an experienced Travel Consultant with good destination knowledge and looking for a New Challenge? Be a true ambassador of the company, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills, building rapport with all customers and colleagues and always possess a can-do attitude. This role is a full time office based customer facing role, part time hours will also be considered.

The Job:

Assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities
Provide expert advice and recommendations on destinations, itineraries, and travel options
Research and gather information on travel destinations, including visa requirements, local customs, and attractions
Make reservations and confirm bookings with airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and other travel providers
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns related to travel arrangements
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, travel regulations, and new destinations to provide the best possible service to clientsSkills Required:

Excellent knowledge of hotels and hospitality industry
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their travel preferences
Attention to detail to ensure accurate bookings and itineraries
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in using computer reservation systems and online booking platforms
Strong problem-solving skills to address any issues or changes in travel plans
