We are working with an award-winning London based Tour Operator, who are looking for a Marketing and Sales Golf Holiday Specialist to drive their sales of bespoke, tailor-made golf holidays that clients will be talking about long after the final putt drops whilst also negotiating favourable terms with hotels, golf courses and related suppliers.
This role combines consultative B2C sales, supplier negotiation, and hands-on digital marketing, including social media advertising to generate leads and support sales activity. You will design personalised golf travel experiences, generate demand through paid and organic social channels, and maximise revenue, margin, and supplier marketing contributions.
The role:
- Sell tailor-made golf holiday packages to UK and international clients
- Create end-to-end itineraries including accommodation, tee times, transfers, car hire, equipment hire, and additional experiences
- Manage sales enquiries from initial contact through to booking confirmation
- Encourage repeat bookings and long-term client relationships
- Upsell and cross-sell holiday enhancements to maximise booking value and margin
- Deliver a high quality, consultative sales experience aligned to premium golf travel
