My client, a leading luxury tour operator specialising in creating exceptional travel experiences for discerning clients worldwide, are recruiting for a Marketing Manager to join their successful team in the Greater Manchester area. They are ideally looking for a creative, commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead their marketing strategy, strengthen the company's brand presence and drive customer acquisition across multiple channels.
The role in a nutshell:
As Marketing Manager, you will report into the senior leadership team, taking ownership of the company's marketing activity, developing and delivering campaigns that inspire luxury travellers and generate high-quality enquiries. This is a hands-on role combining strategic planning with day-to-day execution, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both creativity and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy.
- Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
- Manage website content and work with developers to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Lead SEO, PPC, email marketing and social media activity.
- Create engaging content including blogs, destination guides, newsletters and promotional campaigns.
- Oversee brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Analyse campaign performance using analytics tools and provide regular reporting and recommendations.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, designers, photographers and media partners.
- Support product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns.
- Work closely with the sales and product teams to maximise commercial opportunities.

You'll be an enthusiastic marketer with excellent organisational skills and a passion for delivering exceptional campaigns. You'll ideally have:
- At least 3 years' experience in a marketing role, with experience at manager level preferred.
- Strong digital marketing knowledge, including SEO, PPC, email marketing and paid social.
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
- Experience using Google Analytics and CRM/email marketing platforms.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Creative thinking combined with commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience within travel, luxury, hospitality or lifestyle brands would be highly advantageous.
