Are you a fluent Italian speaker with experience in Business Travel? This well-known Travel Management Company is seeking a new addition to its Business Travel team as a full-time Business Travel Consultant working remotely.
As a Business Travel Consultant, you will be working as part of a dedicated account which needs top-class Italian speaking consultants with excellent fares knowledge to provide a high touch service to clients.
Responsibilities
- Working on a diverse selection of dedicated Italian speaking accounts
- Booking worldwide travel for corporate clients
- Handling enquiries for flights, hotels, car hire, transfers and other ground arrangements
- Providing fantastic customer service at all times
- Making recommendations and processing the bookings in a timely fashion with attention to detail
Experience Required
- Fluent Italian speaking
- Previous experience as a Business Travel Consultant
- Excellent fares knowledge of both nett and published airfares
- Exceptional worldwide flights knowledge coupled with good selling skills to handle new airfare contracts
- Working knowledge of a GDS system (Galileo, Sabre or Amadeus)
- A fast and flexible working attitude
Working Hours & Package
- Β£30,000 - Β£33,000 (DOE)
- Fully remote
- Office hours: Monday - Friday; 08:30 - 18:00 (37.5 hours per week)
- Bonuses, annual salary increases and Team Incentive
