Luxury Tour Operator, based in Cheshire, is keen to recruit a Product Executive to join its product team to help manage and grow their luxury portfolio of hotels and resorts worldwide.
If you have previous experience as a Product Executive, this is an excellent move to an established and well-respected name in upmarket Tour Operations. Consideration will also be given to those with a Tour Operations background, with solid experience on Dolphin back-office system and Microsoft Excel, and who are seeking a step into a Product Executive role!
Job Description:
- Manage and grow the product portfolio for various worldwide areas within the business.
- Research new destinations, hotels, suppliers, and product opportunities to expand current offerings.
- Source and maintain accurate product content, imagery, and information across digital platforms.
- Assist with editing the company\βs website with up-to-date, accurate content, images, and information on hotels and cruises.
- Support the Product and Marketing departments with brochure production, press adverts, and other marketing activities, including pricing and tactical offer system management.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to keep the company\βs products and portfolio competitive and attractive.
Experience required:
- At least 1 year of experience within a product role or working for a tour operator.
- Strong commercial awareness and good knowledge of product/contracting within the industry.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and high-level organizational skills.
- Experience with Dolphin system is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good analytical skills.
