Luxury Travel/Concierge Consultant required.
My client is looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to join their team. This is a permanent, full-time role suited to someone with proven sales experience in travel, hospitality or a guest-focused environment, who would love the opportunity to work within a premium luxury brand.
- Manage sales and associated products
- Convert enquiries into bookings while maintaining our strong repeat-guest base
- Build genuine, long-term relationships with guests through consultative, considered selling
- Manage the guest journey from first enquiry through to post-stay follow-up
- Ensure each guest experience is seamless, personal and detail-driven
- Confidently recommend and upsell relevant experiences and services where appropriate
Duties:
- Handling enquiries via phone, email and live chat
- Responding in a timely, friendly and professional manner across all channels
- Guiding guests through the booking process with care and confidence
- Working to annual KPIs that support both commercial goals and brand values
- Ongoing opportunities for development and progression within the business
About You:
- Proven experience in travel, hospitality or lifestyle-led sales
- Confident managing enquiries independently and building client relationships
- CRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics & SuperControl preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and an impeccable telephone manner
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proactive, motivated and commercially aware
- A collaborative team player with a genuine commitment to exceptional service
- Flexible and adaptable, with a calm approach in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work from our London office (4 days per week, 1 day WFH)
- Available for occasional short travel as part of familiarisation trips
Salary & Benefits:
