Are you an experienced Luxury Travel Consultant? Alternatively, do you have a couple of years experience in retail Travel and looking to now progress within the Luxury Travel Sector? We have the role for you!
We are so excited to be working with this Luxury Travel Agent / Tour Operator, who have recently won awards for their achievements, along with their place of work. This fantastic company are looking for Travel Sales Specialists to join their dynamic, fun, and growing company (with offices in Buckinghamshire and SW London). As one of the few family-owned operators of their size in the UK, they are forecasting significant growth moving forward.
The role:
- Meeting individual and team sales targets and KPIs
- Responding to enquiries and brochure requests promptly and professionally
- Constructing imaginative, detailed itineraries using expert knowledge and creativity
- Managing a personal portfolio of clients to ensure high retention and referrals
- Handling booking administration from enquiry to return
- Working weekends on a rota basis (with optional overtime)
- Representing the company at shows, exhibitions, and events (some weekends)
The person:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in travel sales (ideally in luxury or tailor-made travel)
- First-hand knowledge of the company destinations
- A natural affinity with the company brand and a passion for travel
- Knowledge of airline GDS systems (preferred)
- Outstanding communication and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and presentation skills
- Smart, professional, and passionate disposition
- Hands-on approach and team spirit
The package:
- Competitive base salary of circa Β£30,000 - Β£35,000 (dependent on experience)
- Fantastic target-based bonus scheme
- Great working hours (Monday - Friday, with 1 Saturday in 4)
- Lovely offices in Bucks / SW London
- 28 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), increasing with length of service
