Key Responsibilities – Consultant

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Make domestic and international flight bookings using GDS.
  • Book hotels, transfers and other ancillary items.
  • Accurately input reservations into booking systems and manage all related documentation.
  • Handle changes, cancellations, and special requests efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations and airline policies.

Requirements

  • 1‑2 years of experience in a travel agency, tour operator, or related reservations.
  • Proficiency in a GDS (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport) or experience with booking platforms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer‑focused with excellent problem‑solving abilities.
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Certificate or diploma in Travel and Tourism (desirable).
  • Personal passion for travel and knowledge of global destinations.
