Key Responsibilities – Consultant
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Make domestic and international flight bookings using GDS.
- Book hotels, transfers and other ancillary items.
- Accurately input reservations into booking systems and manage all related documentation.
- Handle changes, cancellations, and special requests efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations and airline policies.
Requirements
- 1‑2 years of experience in a travel agency, tour operator, or related reservations.
- Proficiency in a GDS (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport) or experience with booking platforms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer‑focused with excellent problem‑solving abilities.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Certificate or diploma in Travel and Tourism (desirable).
- Personal passion for travel and knowledge of global destinations.
