Job Description

We are working with a lovely company, who are seeking a dynamic and experienced E-commerce Manager to oversee and enhance the online performance of their websites. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving online sales, improving user experience, and implementing strategic initiatives to maximize revenue and conversion rates. This will be a full time office based position in London \\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nE-commerce Strategy & Execution:\\nExecute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to grow online sales and market share.\\nIdentify and implement new opportunities for online growth, including emerging digital trends and technologies.\\nWebsite Management:\\nManage and oversee daily operations of the websites, ensuring optimal performance, functionality, and user experience.\\nCollaborate with designers to enhance website UX/UI and resolve technical issues.\\nWork with the SEO executive to implement SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility and traffic.\\nDigital Marketing & Optimization:\\nWork closely with the Marketing Director to align marketing efforts and strategies with business goals.\\nWork closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute effective online marketing campaigns (PPC, social media, email marketing, etc.).\\nMonitor and optimize conversion rates through A/B testing and performance analysis.\\nManage product listings, promotions, and content updates in alignment with seasonal trends and business goals.\\nDesign and send newsletters to our existing database, ensuring engaging content and optimal delivery times.\\nDevelop strategies to grow our email databases through lead generation campaigns, partnerships, and targeted promotions.\\nData Analysis & Reporting:\\nUtilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to track website performance and user behaviour.\\nProvide regular reports and insights on key performance metrics, including sales, traffic, and conversion rates.\\nUse data-driven insights to make informed recommendations for improvements.\\nCustomer Experience & Retention:\\nImprove the online customer journey by enhancing website navigation, checkout processes, and personalisation.\\nWork with customer service teams to address online-related inquiries and issues.\\nDevelop and implement loyalty and retention strategies to encourage repeat business.Skills & Qualifications:\\n\\nProven experience in an E-commerce Manager role, preferably within the travel or tourism industry.\\nProficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.\\nExperience with digital marketing strategies, including PPC, SEO, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.\\nIn-depth understanding of A/B testing, Personalisation and CRM tools\\nStrong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.\\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.\\nStrong understanding of UX/UI best practices and conversion rate optimization.\\nExperience managing online revenue targets and budgets.\\nAbility to work collaboratively across teams and manage external stakeholders effectively.Benefits:\\n\\nSalary of up to £50,000 per annum based on experience.\\nOpportunities for professional growth and development.\\nCompany pension\\nEmployee discounts on tours and experiences
