We are working within an Independent 'Kent based' Travel Management company, who are looking for a Corporate Travel Consultant to join their close-knit team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Make domestic and international flight bookings using GDS.
- Book hotels, transfers and other ancillary items.
- Accurately input reservations into booking systems and manage all related documentation.
- Handle changes, cancellations, and special requests efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, airline policies.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a travel agency, tour operator, or related reservations.
- Proficiency in a GDS (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport) or experience with booking platforms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Certificate or diploma in Travel and Tourism (desirable).
