Amazing opportunity available for a Credit Controller to join a Tour Operator in South London. As the Credit Controller, you will be responsible for executing a rigorous credit control process that has the main objective of handling collections and cash applications.
We are looking for someone who will be creative, passionate, has an excellent eye for detail and enjoys building relationships internally and externally.
The Job:- Adopt and administer the Company's credit control policies across our B2B and B2C channels
- Process large amounts of data to prepare aged debtor reports and create collection plans
- Build and develop relationships with Trade consortia finance teams to resolve queries and agree collections
- Work with internal teams to ensure payments have been received prior to tickets being issued and cancellation calculations are in line with Company policy
- Monitor and action the departmental mailbox that is the recipient of requests cost amendments, refunds and customer call backs
- Generating appropriate documentation following cash application
- Possession of a positive attitude, great telephone manner, excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Well organised with the ability to prioritise their own workload
- Ability to process large volume of data to prepare reports
- Attention to detail
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook is essential
