Are you an experienced Business Travel Consultant or working in Leisure Travel and looking to step into the corporate world? Do you have experience using a GDS system? We have the role for you! We are working within an Independent Kent-based Travel Management company, who are looking for a Corporate Travel Consultant to join their close-knit team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Make domestic and international flight bookings using GDS.
  • Book hotels, transfers, and other ancillary items.
  • Accurately input reservations into booking systems and manage all related documentation.
  • Handle changes, cancellations, and special requests efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations and airline policies.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a travel agency, tour operator, or related reservations.
  • Proficiency in a GDS (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport) or experience with booking platforms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certificate or diploma in Travel and Tourism (desirable).
