Are you an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager? A small and friendly team based in North Hampshire are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager.

The Job

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Manage website, email and phone enquiries and convert leads into bookings
  • Manage customer communications from initial enquiry through to post-holiday follow-up
  • Support business growth through new customer acquisition and retention strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and overseas partners
  • Represent the company at UK shows, events and exhibitions
  • Manage brand presence
  • Monitor sales performance and marketing activity effectiveness
  • Develop and promote new tours and destinations
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Manage customer databases, marketing schedules and promotional campaigns
  • Manage partnerships, trade relationships and industry networking
  • Support general office administration as part of a small, close-knit team
  • Ensure all marketing materials and communications reflect the company's brand values and standards

Experience Required
