We're looking for an experienced

Business Development Executive to join a growing inbound travel team specialising in group travel across Scotland and the UK & Ireland.

What you'll be doing

  • Creating competitive, creative group travel proposals.
  • Building strong relationships with international clients and suppliers.
  • Negotiating the best rates and maximising commercial opportunities.
  • Managing enquiries from quotation through to confirmation.
  • Working closely with operations to deliver exceptional group experiences.

We're looking for someone who has

  • Fluency in

Italian and excellent English (additional European languages are a bonus).

  • At least

2 years' experience with an inbound tour operator or DMC.

  • Strong knowledge of Scotland as a destination.
  • Experience costing, quoting and managing group travel.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive, organised and customer-focused approach.

Knowledge of Tourplan or similar travel systems would be an advantage.
