The Job:
- Ensure that all travel enquiries are handled in an effective manner whilst ensuring service delivery exceeds client expectations.
- Make and manage reservations across all vendor categories (air, rail, car, accommodation) in accordance with processes and policies.
- Ensure reservations and adhere to customer policies, process and SLAs at all times
- Building strong and meaningful relationships across our client portfolio
- Working to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction for all stakeholders.
Skills required:
- Complete competence using travel booking technologies - Travelport (Galileo), Amadeus, Evolvi and Conferma
- Strong product and geographical knowledge with the ability to upsell additional services to ensure the completeness of reservations
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Attention to detail with the ability to both prioritise workload and manage customer expectations.

The Package:
For a full-time position (37.5 hours), shifts would be worked across 5 days and include weekends: both Saturday and Sunday either 08:00-16:30 or 13:30-22:00. Midweek 13:30-22:00 with flexibility to cover other hours if required.
