We are now recruiting for a talented Marketing Executive to join our creative and award-winning Marketing Team supporting the planning and execution of our marketing campaigns. After a recent brand refresh, we continue our journey to build awareness, inspire and engage our customers and support us in meeting our acquisition and retention goals.
If you have experience as a junior marketing executive or marketing assistant, this is a great opportunity to develop your skills and experience across most marketing disciplines including brand, social media, PR, CRM, SEO, performance and partnerships.
Our ideal candidate is passionate about exciting customers, is a great communicator and able to build great relationships. You should be forward-thinking, highly organised with an eye for detail. We’re looking for someone who is passionate, can use their initiative and has a collaborative approach to generate fresh ideas and knows what is trending!
This is a hybrid role, working 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely each week.
Job Accountabilities
- Actively participate in creative sessions for marketing campaign planning
- Work closely with the Campaign Manager to develop and execute activity plans
- Create and manage marketing briefs, and with support of the Campaign Manager
- Support in the delivery of all campaign assets across brand marketing, CRM, social media and partnerships
- An innovative attitude towards best practice, processes and systems to ensure campaigns are delivered in the smoothest way possible
- Hotel partner campaigns where you will be managing the campaign creation and delivery through an external agency as well as all hotel partner correspondence
- Support marketing partnership campaigns by helping to create post campaign reports
- Seek out new opportunities to continue to improve on campaign delivery by setting up new processes or introducing new tools
- Work closely with finance team and Head of Marketing to manage all marketing invoicing and monthly reconciliation
To be considered for this role, we need you to have the following skills, experience and qualifications
- Experience in a junior marketing executive/assistant role, ideally within a travel, leisure, retail or eCommerce environment for a B2C brand
- Good knowledge of marketing concepts and principles
- Excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Able to work well under pressure, as travel tends to be ever-changing and although we like to plan, it can have periods that are fast paced
- Proactive, a team player and keen to learn and develop as a team and individual
- A Marketing qualification would be advantageous
