Do you dream of a career in travel? Would you like to help support some of the biggest sporting, music and entertainment events around the world? The Travel Places Academy is a six-week, fully paid training programme based at our offices in Worthing, West Sussex. Applications for our next intake open from July 2026, with successful applicants starting the Academy in October. After completing your training, you’ll move into your assigned team in a permanent role with Travel Places.

Training and Responsibilities:
Alongside other trainees, you’ll spend six weeks receiving in-depth training on the systems and processes used across our business. This includes the tools and skills needed to support hotel bookings, flight ticketing, ground transport, pricing and client communications. You’ll also spend time learning about Travel Places, our clients, our teams and the different areas of the business, helping you settle into life as part of our friendly and supportive team.
